- What is included in the free 30-day trial?
- You can sign up without a credit card and evaluate core Zenmanage capabilities with real feature-flag workflows. The trial is designed so your team can validate integrations, targeting, and rollout patterns before committing to a paid plan.
- Can I change plans as my usage grows?
- Yes. You can move to a higher plan as your team, projects, or traffic increase. If you need limits beyond listed tiers, the Custom plan can be tailored to your requirements.
- What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
- If your usage approaches project, user, or MAC limits, it is best to upgrade before you hit the cap so your rollouts continue smoothly. If you expect a spike, contact us and we can help you choose the right tier.
- Should I choose monthly or annual billing?
- Choose monthly for maximum flexibility, or annual for a lower effective monthly cost. Annual pricing is discounted and shown directly in the plan toggle above.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. You can cancel your subscription when needed. If you are unsure which plan is best before committing, start with the free trial and upgrade once your team confirms fit.
- What kind of support is included with each plan?
- Starter includes basic email support. Team includes email support and advanced workflow features. Custom plans can include higher-touch support options based on your operational needs.
- Do you offer custom pricing for larger organizations?
- Yes. The Custom tier is built for teams that need higher limits, enterprise support expectations, or specific purchasing requirements. Contact sales and we can build a plan around your environment.
- What are Monthly Active Contexts (MACs)?
- Each unique context (like a user or an app) that connects to Zenmanage to get feature flags is counted as a monthly active context. A MAC can request feature flags as many times as needed each month. For the monthly plan, MACs are reset on the first of each month.
- How are MACs calculated on the annual plan?
- MACs are calculated a little differently for the annual plan. Your MAC usage will be the count of any used contexts for the preceding 30 days.
- What is the difference between a context and a segment?
- A context is how your app requests feature flags from Zenmanage. A context can have attributes that you can target with evaluation rules in the app. A segment is a group of contexts. You create segments for contexts that have a similarity that you want to target.
